In OUR MAN FLINT, a deranged trio of scientists has devised a way to rule the world by manipulating the Earth's climate: they can send icebergs crashing into the Mediterranean or create volcanic eruptions on cue. Flint is hired by Z.O.W.I.E. (The Zonal Organization for World Intelligence and Espionage) to use his powers of deduction, destruction, and, most of all, seduction to save the day.
