The fundamental problem with the film is its weak script, add to that Diane Keaton as the lead actress and uninspired direction, and the disaster is complete. This wannabe comedy is a complete miss... Unfortunately, the film is not bad enough to evoke unintended amusement, but at the same time, it's not good enough to deliberately entertain. Overall impression 25%.
