Soccer Dog: European Cup

When an unexpected accident leaves a young boy motherless, he must travel from America to live with his estranged father in Scotland. There he finds himself teaming up with a scientifically enhanced soccer-playing dog that has escaped from the evil scientists who designed him for more nefarious means.
