Twenty Minutes of Love

Lovelorn Charlie bothers various couples in the park. When Chester steals a watch from a man sleeping on a bench to impress his girl, Charlie lifts it from him and presents it to the girl himself. When confronted by the irate Chester a chase ensues with Charlie, the girl and a policeman.
