Two slow-witted friends try their hardest to blend in to the ritzy upper class of Palm Beach in order to get rich, win the girl and save an orphanage (maybe not in that order). Hijinks ensue that would put the Farrelly Brothers to shame. Rude, crude, politically incorrect and proud of all three, The Whoopee Boys go all out for laughs and prove it's not how much you have, it's how much Whoopee you make along the way.
