It seemed to me only slightly weaker than the previous installments, mainly because I liked the first half a lot, but the second half didn't entertain me as much. The scene with the "baby" getting beaten up is truly very powerful and intense. It has the exact impact on the viewer that it should have. You don't forget that easily.
