Lee Van Cleef stars as experienced gunslinger Frank Talby in this Spaghetti Western directed by Tonino Valerii. When Talby rides into the small town of Clifton while tracking down a former associate who owes him money, he finds himself teaching a young street sweeper (Giuliano Gemma) the rules about gun fighting. However, ongoing power struggles within the town lead to the two men coming into conflict. (Arrow Films)

Everything good, except for that uncharismatic, non-actor piece of wood Gemmu. And this wood is a stick thrown under the feet of an otherwise excellent Spaghetti Western and especially Van Cleef, who tries his best, but his performance bounces off the wood like a tennis ball off a crooked wall.
