englanti A pleasant and intimate psychological thriller from Denmark. The story takes place in a single room for most of the time, where we follow a respected psychologist whose latest client is a notorious serial killer who carves women and takes their fetuses. Definitely an unconventional killer with unconventional tastes and it's a bit of a bummer that most of the time it's just a psychological conversation between the two characters – I would definitely love see the killer do the deed, seeing him take out a fetus alive sounds uncomfortable in itself (the potential for a decent gore scene was there for sure), but what can you do. The film at least engages with decent dialogue and there are some surprising twists (the one in the middle is quite interesting). But the best part is the very ending, which is unexpectedly nicely thought out and scratches a higher rating. It's a bit of a Spanish twist, which is quite a shame, if they had added corpses then we could be talking about a new little cult-classic. Still, fans of the North and serial killers should definitely look for it. 6/10. ()
