englanti It's not entirely clear to me how Ondra found her way into this particular film. What is certain, however, is that her role as Josette was not in Jules Romain's 1920 cinema novel. And also that she left out the French version for the third time. I'm shocked by the extravagant hats, which are like the plague of every fan of the era, but if they do have to be in there, I always appreciate at least one scene in a negligee in return. Overall, Donogoo Tonka should be perceived as an interesting literary and cinematic utopian experiment. Strengthened by the popular pair of Anny Ondra and Viktor Staal, who also made another appearance in A Girl from the Chorus. I can only guess how the 1971 remake turned out (once again without Josette). ()
