Subterfuge

When a passenger plane is mysteriously blown out of the sky by the Russians, everyone wants answers, and a mysterious black box which is somewhere in the Black Sea. Now, two bickering brothers, Jonathan Slade, a scuba instructor, and his thieving, computer hacker brother, Alfie, are hired by the CIA to retrieve a box from the missing plane.
