He's My Brother

30-year-old Peter was born deaf and blind, and later diagnosed with autism. He has never developed language skills and experiences the world exclusively through touch, smell and taste. In this intimate and moving documentary, we get a peek into Peter’s daily life and his relationship with his loving family. With the institution that used to take care of Peter closed down due to budget cuts, it falls on his parents and his younger sister to provide him with a good and dignified life – a responsibility which severely limits their own freedom and autonomy.
