Morten Kohlert (1964) is a screenwriter and director. He graduated from the National Film School of Denmark with the successful film The Masquerade (Fastelavnsfesten, 1995). He made his debut with the feature-length Fast Lane (Under overfladen, 1999), and won recognition and festival awards with the family drama Tinka, The Wolf Girl (Ulvepigen Tinke, 2002). His latest film is the drama The Secret (Hemmeligheden, 2012). He's also taken part in the making of several TV series and works in music and journalism.
