Biografia

Simon Casal de Miguel launched his career as a writer-director with the short film Panta Rei (Everything Flows), which won festivals prizes around the world including HDFest Los Angeles and FasCurt Barcelona. His studies in Barcelona and Madrid included sociology, film directing, photography, and script writing. He currently works in the audiovisual and advertising industry as a photographer, director, and scriptwriter doing TV and online advertisements for major Spanish brands. His first film for TV, Eduardo Barreiros, the Spanish Henry Ford (2011) won the Platinum Award for Best TV Movie at the 2011 WorldFest Houston. In 2014 he directed the TV series El Faro, and in 2015 he completed Dirty Wolves, to be released commercially in 2016.
