Biografia
Algerian director and screenwriter, born in 1976. In 2003 he directed his debut short film "Petit Dejeuner". In 2013 he was nominated for a César Award for best short film and for the Leopards of Tomorrow award at the festival in Locarno for the short film "The Days Before". His feature debut, "Until the Birds Return" (2017), premiered in the Un Certain Regard section of the Cannes festival.
