Jennifer Harlow, native Texan, has a B.A. in Theater. Jennifer started writing stories and poetry between ballet classes as a child. She has worked in independent film for ten years, first as an actress (John Bryant's Momma's Boy - Sundance 2005 and Loveolution - SXSW 2008), eventually moving behind the camera (Amy Seimetz's Sun Don't Shine - SXSW 2012). She co-produced her first screenplay (Dan Cordle's Possession - Lone Star Film Fest 2012). The Sideways Light is her first feature as director. Jennifer lives in Austin with her husband Mark Reeb and their two Yorkshire Terriers.
