Award-winning film, television and web creative Dave O'Brien has produced over eighty short films, music videos and documentaries for clients including MTV, Logo TV, Current TV, Rogue Pictures, Sony/BMG, Focus Features, LA Gay & Lesbian Center and AIDS Healthcare Foundation, including IN THE MOMENT, a popular, innovative HIV Prevention-geared web series.
O'Brien directed the feature documentary EQUALITY U that received the Outstanding Emerging Talent award at Outfest 2008. The film won several Best Documentary and Best Feature awards and continues to air on Logo TV after its successful DVD launch in 2011. Currently he teaches film production at University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts and CSU Long Beach.
