Born in San Jose, Costa Rica in 1986. Edgar graduated from the University of Costa Rica with a degree in mechanical engineering. In 2009 he worked for the prestigious Ad Astra Rocket Company, during this time he began writing short screenplays and continued to develop his interest in photography and filmmaking. Since then he has earned a MA in filmmaking, and is currently enrolled in the Editing BA program at FAMU. He enjoys cutting bits and pieces of film together, mechanical contraptions and clicking shutters.
