The title doesn't lie. But I was more stunned than dazzled by everything that was happening everywhere and all at once, and I didn't buy on it, even at the end, when it turned out that it made sense and they obviously knew what they were doing and why. If they had only done it for maybe an hour and a half, it would have been more digestible for me. I enjoyed it, Michelle Yeoh is amazing, and the film  straddles genres in a beautiful way, as if was directed and written by Bong Joon-ho... But it's far from him.

It is a pity about the rushed ending, which for example escalated the relationship between the Prior father and son too much for my taste and almost took the other characters (Danvers' daughter, the mysterious Rose) too far. Otherwise, I really enjoyed Night Country, and I'm not just talking about the fantastic atmosphere and the captivating cinematography, but especially the performances of Jodie Foster and Kali Reis. The combination of crime and mystery worked well, I can't imagine a more appropriate setting for such a case.

A surprisingly uneven film that sometimes has reprehensibly little and other times too much. Bryce Dallas Howard doesn't seem believable in almost any mood (and she alternates several), while Sam Rockwell is believable as a spy who could keep up with Ethan Hunt. Matthew Vaughn tries very hard to entertain and dazzle, but the end result is almost boring, saved only with a grand finale set to the sound of a perfect symphonic version of “Now and Then”. And the ending? I was so confused I wanted to put on Tenet to calm myself.

It's a pity that Griselda doesn't have one more episode and that she had to do so much in the last one. The time jump and the fates of the side characters would definitely have deserved more space to make a real impact. Otherwise, though, I really liked the series and Sofía Vergara, whom I wouldn't have expected to be in such a role, is really great.

I don't think Sydney Sweeney needs much confirmation that she's a good actress after her performance in Euphoria, but if anyone hesitates, give Reality a chance.

A great idea, an excellent Nicolas Cage, Woody Allen-like marital dialogue... And such an unnecessarily VERY rushed ending, I felt sorry for it. It's as if someone suddenly noticed that the budget had been slashed and there were only a few dollars left. Too bad, too bad, it felt completely like a sudden awakening from a dream you didn't care for.

If Woody Allen is really saying farewell, and I think he is, he's saying it nicely, because Coup de Chance is a pretty nice movie. The setting in France and the French language in general add a nice touch to the familiar love triangle story, and the cinema-going public is just waiting to see what it leads to this time. Don't expect something like Match Point or Cassandra's Dream, more like Irrational Man. If you've liked Woody Allen for a long time, you'll be pleased. If you're just about to discover him... Well, I can't help but envy you.

As with Ms. Marvel, it's a shame this series didn't maintain the quality of the first episode, but sort of petered out over time. That doesn't mean it's bad, but that it could have been better. Like Ms. Marvel, Echo has an absolutely great heroine, played brilliantly by the likeable Alaqua Cox, and it makes a really honest effort to distinguish itself from the rest of the Marvel output (and not just with blood). Still, rather than being important to the development of the MCU, Echo is mostly important to the disabled and to the descendants of Native Americans. But that's not a drawback, on the contrary, I applaud the series for that!

A flick that really lacks a story, but has everything else, imaginable and unthinkable, to spare. And it also has the funniest dead body in the history of cinema.

An above-averagely filmed average parable whose plot doesn't surprise much and whose characters (with perhaps one exception) hardly step out of the tightly packed boxes the script has assigned them. And while the message is commendable, We Have Never Been Modern ultimately comes off as rather ham-fisted. It's a pity that the they didn't reach for, for instance, the story of Zdeňka Koubeková/Zdeněk Koubek from the same period, which is more interesting and, more importantly, actually happened.
