O'Connell’s Sumner attempts to balance this by philosophizing under the influence of laudanum and the love thy neighbor style that he learned from the Bible, but the result is that battle he is fighting with his moral integrity is already lost. Beautiful nature and a raw approach to depicting violence. Something between The Revenant and Heart of Darkness. I'll gobble down anything you give me, any fսcking thing at all. I ain't fussy.
