A look at the everydayness and sexual life of a group of young Warsaw natives who entered adulthood without firm ground beneath their feet. Their parents at their age had already sorted their lives; they, however, are vainly trying to discover what to do with theirs. Tamara is dating a practising Catholic although she doesn’t share his piety. Sierzput is trying to keep his girlfriend who is tired of his alcoholic escapades. Artistic Ponek quickly moves from one partner to the next. Magic moments and periods of emptiness, both the humour and the awkwardness of everyday life, are tracked with understanding patience. At first glance Polish society may appear more conservative than Czech but ultimately young people there face the same challenges and life questions ours. The makers of this observational documentary have successfully captured in a civil and modest way the universal uncertainty that exists in the search for partner intimacy, something everyone is familiar with.
