Cedric Dumont tells the story of his "unmatched & mystical" Leap of Wonder above the Great Pyramids. An identified flying object has been spotted in the sky of Giza earlier today. Starting as a freefall, it then developed into a wing-suit flight, ending up with an open parachute hovering in the most extraordinary airspace in the world. Red Bull athlete, Cédric Dumont, performed the first ever wing-suit flight, landing at the steps of the Great Pyramids of Giza on Thursday January 29, 2015. He seemed to have the best "seat" in the sky.
After a 3 years wait, the Belgian athlete could not hide his emotions and genuine excitement to fly over the only remaining wonder of the world, and described it as "an unmatched and mystical" feeling.
Cédric's unique journey is documented in this video that takes us through greatness, high winds and a leap of wonder. (Mezinárodní festival outdoorových filmů)
