In director Ulli Lommel's (Cocaine Cowboys) rarely seen drama, musician Billy (Richard Hell) must choose between his developing career and his love-hate relationship with journalist Nada (Carole Bouquet, the "Bond Girl" in For Your Eyes Only). Filmed entirely on location in the streets and clubs of New York City's Lower East Side in 1979, the film became a sensation of the London underground scene in the early '90s.
