Nancy Drew

How good was Nancy Drew from the 1990s? As always, she has moved with the times, and this time we get a sexy brunette with a mikado. The situations are still similar, still exactly what experienced readers/viewers subconsciously expect. As Nancy begins to settle into her new place, without enough time to do anything, she gets involved in her first case. In the course of the investigation, she will meet the people who we will see repeatedly throughout the series. In the end, it’s nothing special, and definitely not one of the better among Nancy adaptations, but I would have loved it in the 90s. The target audience tends to be younger teens, more or less those who have just grown out of Are You Afraid of the Dark? (15.07.2018)
