Shot in Vienna during the divisive presidential elections of 2016, visiting outsider Buerkner creates a distinct impression of the city. A feeling of dislocation and alienation washes over us through the use of two separate image streams stitched together in a stereoscopic tangle. No use in trying to keep afloat.
