World War II! The war to end all wars. After a failed attempt on his life, Adolf Hitler joins forces with a mysterious evil to create a doomsday weapon using a rare isotope in an attempt to win the war. After an American reporter is captured investigating, a Nazi scientist contacts the USA in an attempt to defect. In response, the USA sends their best American heroes: The brave and bumbling Rex Steel & his stoic brother Happy Charlie. The Steels must assemble a ragtag band of colorful comrades to assist them in their mission including: Shamus Appleucio, the best pilot in the universe (his words)!
