This and Nothing Else: Red Bull Wa'a is a short documentary that chronicles an outrigger canoe team from Kona, HI and is part of an ongoing series about those who follow their passions… no matter what. For years the Red Bull Wa'a team, hailing from the Big Island of Hawaii, had trained in their spare time to compete in outrigger canoeing's biggest challenge - the 41 mile race from Moloka'i to Oahu known as the Moloka'i Hoe. In 2017 they combined with their traditional arch rivals from Tahiti to mount an all-or-nothing attempt to finally win this gruelling race. This is their story. (Hawaii International Film Festival)
