The Indian Sibling

Approaching the age of 50, Milanese artist Sergio Morlaghi returns to the rural area he left as a young man. His story is interwoven with the lives of Bruna, an old flame, and others he encounters. But the true protagonists of the film are the flood plain along the Sesia River, its rice fields destroyed by heavy pesticide use, and the memory of a seemingly immutable era that suddenly collapsed in the late 1960s.
