In a small town in southern Chile, Jorgelino Vergara, an old man, tries to redeem himself from his spine-chilling past as a “mocito” or young servant of the DINA (National Intelligence Agency), the repressive arm of the military dictatorship that ruled over the country between 1973 and 1990.
