Christian Escribà, one of the most creative and respected pastry chefs in the world, has an idea. What if, guided only by unbridled imagination, he created a magic world made solely of confectionery? This world is called Fantasia, and the master pastry chef's intention is to make it real in Singapore, thousands of kilometres from his home in Barcelona.
