Episode eight had a tough act to follow after the last one, but even on its own, it fell a bit short for me. Jeannie's journey didn't quite hit the mark, and that storyline from 1851? Well, it felt like they were trying to tug at the viewers' heartstrings, especially towards the end. 4*-
