The Cycle is a short film about the cycle of violence in the African American community. Told through the eyes of an NYPD officer who kills an innocent teen and is cleared of any wrong doing, the film examines the socially relevant topic thru the main character's journey as he deals with his inner conflicts and societal implications. While seeking redemption, he is forced to confront the personal and societal burden of his actions. He must choose to either continue the cycle of violence, or end it.
