Jack Higgins' master spy, Sean Dillon, is back in another hair raising adventure! British expatriate Henry Baker, scuba diving in the Caribbean, discovers an encrusted Nazi briefcase. The case contains plans dating back to World War II, detailing how the Reich will be resurrected from its ashes.
