Apricot Groves

Aram, an Iranian-Armenian youth, immigrated to the United States as as a child. As a young adult, he returns to his place of birth for the first time to propose to his Armenian-American girlfriend and reunite with the brother he has not seen since childhood. In his homeland, Aram encounters many cultural, religious, and national differences, but other obstacles lie ahead. (Nashville Film Festival)
