With her teeth falling out and a face full of wrinkles, 15-year-old Zara looks like an old woman. Her rare condition, called Lipodystrophy, is literally robbing her of her childhood. For as long as she can remember, she has been bullied and called horrible names but all this could change as she sets off to Dallas, Texas in the hope of improving her looks. Leading specialists and cosmetic surgeons know that a facelift would be very controversial for someone so young, but Zara is determined to do whatever it takes for a normal life.
