3:1 For Love

After the Hungarian national football side's losing to the Austrian side at a match, the Hungarians go to a training camp to get some extra strength to make good their defeat in a future match. Grete, dressed in a man's clothes and offended by her fiancé, the Scotman Bob McGregor's late arrival at their wedding ceremony, is also with the team. Top of the camp's agenda is a tuck-in, but members of the team are ordered by Gyuri, the captain, to change tactics and live a sportsman's life while in the camp. Team members, however, are tempted to socialise with young ladies from a sailing team, who rent the same manor-house. Bob goes in search of his fiancée, who is busy making advances toward Gyuri. Their relationship, it is clear, also has some difficulties to cope with. In the second leg, Gyuri scores an equaliser thanks to Grete's presence as a supporter. (jakelijan virallinen teksti)
