Korinna Krauss takes a look behind the scenes of the Munich Gärtnerplatz theatre. With 320 performances and 200,000 guests per season, there is a lot to do, not only on stage but also backstage, not only during the performance but before and after too. From stage director to make-up artist, from wardrobe designer and light and sound director to office worker, everyone is working hard to ensure that each performance goes off smoothly.
