The Majaoni Primary School in Kenya is gripped by election fever. Three student candidates are vying for school president but their methods for gaining the respect and recognition of their classmates differ. Magdalena – the only female candidate – wants to prove that women can also be leaders. The charismatic Said wins over classmates with his pre-election song and bags of candies. And Harry, who comes from a poor background, has chosen an even more ingratiating path – he is gaining favour with goat meat.
