Hyväuskoisesta tiibetinmastiffi Bodista odotetaan iloluontoisen maalaislammaslauman seuraavaa vartijaa, mutta Bodi pelkää, ettei hänen intohimonsa tehtävään ole hänen isänsä Khampan tasolla. Kaikki muuttuu kun taivaalta putoaa radio, josta Bodi kuulee rock-legenda Angus Scattergoodin kappaleen, joka avaa hänen sydämensä uudelle ja kiehtovalle musiikkimaailmalle.
