The world of film has certainly never witnessed anything like this before: bloodthirsty zombies go on the rampage in a socialist-era school, surrounded by placard newspapers, Lenin busts and Husák portraits. They are out to kill their classmates, prim and proper members of the union of youth. An unconventional genre film not for the faint of heart. It's quite worn-out and has its weak points, which are associated with it being an amateur film where the creators did a lot on a shoestring budget, but throughout the whole movie, you have an incredible sense of enthusiasm, a feeling that this is exactly something that could define the future direction of Slovak or Czech horror. It just takes the will to do it, and these Slovak guys and girls wanted it, and they succeeded.
