A first-rate courtroom procedural with an incredible performance by Frank himself. Surprisingly, the lack of action doesn't matter at all, quite the opposite. The story's calming down gives it a boost of intensity, after all, there have been quite a few kicks already. The same praise cannot be said for the second line with Yakuza and their strange experiment.
