My Name Is Hmmm..., the debut from clothes designer Agnès Troublé AKA Agnès B., follows Céline as she escapes an absent mother and abusive father by smuggling herself aboard the cab of an international freight truck. The driver (visual artist Douglas Gordon) creates an unlikely bond with the eleven-year-old as they travel across the country. The reasons for their mutual need of each other becomes more clear as the suspicion of kidnapping heats up.
