A pretty average thriller about how a man got somewhere he didn't want to be. And it's probably not much of a surprise that the thing that got him where he didn't want to be was a woman. A fairly classic scheme that is lucky to have quite interesting Russian settings and not such a bad pace, although it's definitely not gripping.
