House Swap

To get a creative edge the artist will try almost anything. For Matt, a screenwriter living in Echo Park, with his composer girlfriend Ginny, the opportunity to get away and be inspired by fresh surrounds sees him agree to an exchange in residences and countries. Moving into a Tudor mansion near Glastonbury, England, Matt and Ginny both hope to create. Instead they discover the house has an intruder who is able to violate security and breach the locked doors of the sprawling building. Not wanting to panic Ginny, Matt decides to confront the stalker on his own. But despite installing CCTV cameras and increasing surveillance measures Matt is entering into a battle no one will emerge from unscathed. (Accent Film Entertainment)
