The Uh-oh Show is a good film if you approach it as one that can't compete with expensive Hollywood films. It's not trying to be that, it doesn't want to be that, and that's where its strength lies. It's aware of its limitations and builds upon them. The overlap is there, and that's very good. For me, this is another example that distinguishing between lowbrow and highbrow art doesn't make sense because if the author is good, the idea can be expressed in all possible ways, even as gruesomely as this.
