Dog's Best Friend

This documentary takes a loving look at dog's best friend -- humans (and their favorite companions, dogs). Humans and dogs have shared their lives ever since canines were domesticated centuries ago. This program investigates the bonding process, and then presents some inspiring stories of human-dog relationships. The viewer is introduced to all kinds of dogs, who are attached to all kinds of people. Some of the functions that dogs serve within their primary unit are presented, from ultimate arbiter of taste, to judge of male character, to dogs that save people's lives.
