englanti So many colors, explosions, lightning-fast one-liners, and mischievous Minion escapades that even the more mild-natured individuals will still be overwhelmed by it. Switching to regular storytelling after this requires you to take it back down at least four gears. But precisely because in this whirlwind nobody suffocates themselves or the viewers, I have to fully applaud it in the end. It took me a while to get used to the yellow avalanche again, but already during Gru's sneaky dance, I was tearing up with laughter and during the final boy band interlude, I felt that you simply can't help but love this. englanti It’s too bad that the filmmakers didn't play around with the title and call the movie something like Despicable Spy or something, because Gru isn't a villain anymore... Unless he is depressed and mourning a lost love, in which case the script plays the poignant rather than the black-humored note (and it works). It's true, the "hero" has become a hero without the quotes, but if you play this game, you'll enjoy it as much as the first installment. Only the charm of originality is somehow gone. Despicable Me 2 successfully parodies not only, but mainly the spy genre and at times it smells irresistibly of good old-fashioned movie adventure trash. And it starts with an absolutely stunning scene that no Bond or Marvel movie would be ashamed of. On the other hand, the film has to think as much as possible about the child audience, which it does perhaps a bit too much and in an infantile way for my taste, and the romantic subplot is not my cup of tea at all. Gru was excellent, but the cute Agnes got the most space out from amongst the girls, which is a good thing... Only the character of Agent Wilde could have been less ridiculous and sometimes even annoying. The Czech dubbing is top-notch. Jiří Lábus, you are good at cartoons! Three and a half stars. ()

englanti The plot is quite good, but at times it felt like it was dragging and spinning in place. However, it gradually developed in order to enter its grand finale, where one truly enjoys and rides the wave of this interesting film, mainly due to the presence of the Minions. Let's face it, they are simply the strongest weapon of the film, and the creators are well aware of that, giving them plenty of space. It's a good thing because without them, the film would have a 10% lower rating. Most of the humor would disappear. What the squirrel is to "Ice Age", the Minions are to "Despicable Me". The funniest scene comes at the very end. And that is truly a joke for adults, which children won't find funny. I verified this at the cinema. With that final scene, my girlfriend and I had a truly enjoyable time at the cinema. More: http://www.filmovy-denik.cz/2013/07/ja-padouch-2-2013-70.html ()
