In 1942, the United States enters the Second World War to fight against the Axis Powers. The U.S. Army sends specialized technicians to remote places, such as the Caribbean, in order to detect the presence of German submarines in the region. New Yorker Frank Moore is assigned to a communications post in the remote town of Puerto Miranda. Moore is clueless about a lot of things, among them, the fact that he will meet a beautiful woman named Venezzia. (Morelia International Film Festival)
