Jack Thorn (Bo Svenson) an ex-Navy S.E.A.L. and the CIA's Director of Covert Operations is ready to retire and go fishing. Unfortunately, Jack's replacement at the CIA, Marcus Clay (Olivier Gruner) is conspiring to cause a global economic collapse, and Jack may be the only one who can stop him. Jack is pulled away from his reel and thrown on a mission to save the future of international trade--as well as his own life. Jack enlists some friends for the task--including Cuban operative Santeria-Ramos (Leo Rossi) and his ever-loyal CIA assistant Kelly Jones. But these ex-operatives and trained killers find themselves fumbling with the new high tech, state-of-the-art killing gear and wishing for the "old days."
