Two young couples awake to find themselves locked in a dark observation room with no recollection of where they are, why they're here or how they arrived. Debra's husband, Tony, and Lisa's boyfriend, David, are both unconscious and handcuffed to operating tables with no explanation. There seems to be no means of escape and no response to their pleas for help. As Tony and David begin to regain consciousness a sinister conspiracy with implications beyond this world begins to unfold. Debra and Lisa must solve the mystery and motivation behind it soon, because their confinement is the least of their worries.
