The Portrait

Lucie Sunková's student film The Portrait is based on a story by N. V. Gogol. This ambitious film made using the paint-on-glass animation technique tells the story of a poor painter in need. He is pursued by his landlady demanding the rent and also a strange dream about a painting come-to-life that can save him. (Anifilm)
